Dr. Wei Tang is the founder and Lab Director of QLab in Cherry Hill , New Jersey. He graduated from Cornell University with his M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Soil Microbiology. Dr. Tang has 15 years of experience in professional microbiology laboratories including Cornell Soil Microbiology Laboratory and P&K Microbiology Services, Inc. His work in the recent years is focused on microbiological analysis and research in the indoor environment. Dr. Tang is a prominent member of the IAQ community and has taught professional development courses, presented at national conferences and written articles about sampling and analysis of microorganisms. He is also the inventor of several innovative sampling devices and analysis protocols.

John H. Keene, Dr. P.H., CBSP serves as the Laboratory Technical Manager. Dr. Keene has 25 years of clinical laboratory experience and is certified in Clinical Microbiology by the American Society of Clinical Pathology and a Specialist in Clinical and Public Health Microbiology by the American Academy of Microbiology.
Dr. De-Wei Li, an internationally recognized mycologist, functions as technical advisor. Widely published in peer-reviewed journals, Dr. Li earned his Ph.D. in mycology from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada in 1994.
He is a member of the Mycological Society of America, the British Mycological Association and the International Aerobiology Associations.
